Tudo o que aqui é dito em Inglês, pode ser traduzido numa curta frase:manhosos aspiram ao poder. O nome da "publicação"( como lhe chama F. Câncio) em causa, parece advir do substantivo de manhoso.Colocam-lhe um til(no substantivo) para pretender serem sérios. Tão sérios que até palestram em Universidades!
